Products are mailed 7 days after your order was placed.
We use Courier Guy for all our shipping. We will send you the Tracking/Waybill number for your records and tracking purposes. Please take weekends and holidays into account when calculating delivery date.
My PlaySchool Box does not accept responsibility for the delivery/courier company’s conduct. We will attempt and assist in affecting the delivery as far as possible, but the ultimate conduct of the courier company is not the responsibility of My PlaySchool Box.
Payments are processed via 3rd party secure, accredited and financial compliant payment gateway via Payfast (Pty) Ltd.
